What are ITIPS?
ITIPS are a premium weave application that allows maximum versatility. ITIPS are individual hair extensions that are attached to your hair with micro silicone beads. The average install requires about 200 Itips, some installs may require more.
Is hair provided with install?
Yes, as a professional it is my top priority to provide you with excellent customer service. Providing the hair is allows you a little more time to relax before your appointment.
Can I bring my own hair?
Unfortunately outside hair isn't accepted. I work very closely with Imperious Raw Hair Extensions to ensure quality. Quality hair is apart of the foundation to a seamless install. ITIP hair dimensions are also important, every hair company doesn't ensure the same/proper dimension.
How long does my natural hair needs to be?
At least to the bottom of your earlobe. Depending on your hair goals it may need to be slightly longer to achieve ponytails.
Will I have to apply excessive heat?
No, you will not need to apply anymore heat then you would maintaining a silk press. Texture matching allows you to wear flexi rods, twist out, wash n does etc. to reduce the amount of heat application. Majority of my clients come twice a month for shampoo & style, which is the only time they are applying heat.
Can I get ITIPS if I have breakage?
No, This service will not be done under any circumstances if there is evidence of breakage.Please note that thinning of edges and breakage are two different things.
How Long can they last?
ITIPS can be worn for up to 3 to 4 months with proper maintenance. Proper maintenance requires 2 retightening services within those months.
Can ITIPs cause damage to my hair?
No, ITIPS cannot cause damage to your natural hair. However, skipping maintenance appointments can cause damage. When ITIPS are maintained and installed properly, your hair will not be not be damaged.

How long does my natural hair need to be for this style?
Hair should be at least 3 inches long to achieve this hair style. Unfortunately, If your hair is shorter than 3 inches the locs will slide out.
Is hair included?
Yes, as a professional it is my top priority to provide you with excellent customer service. Providing the hair is allows you a little more time to relax before your appointment.
Is the deposit deducted from total cost?
Yes, deposits are deducted from total cost. Once deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation. Final Payments are due Cash only at the beginning if your appointment.
Can I choose my length and color at time of appointment?
Lengths and colors are required in order to book. Unfortunately once, appointment is confirmed lengths, textures and colors cannot be changed.
Do you offer take down services?
Yes, in fact I actually recommend all clients return for a proper take down. This ensures no damage to the hair. Faux Loc Goddess assumes no responsibility of damaged hair if take downs aren’t done by an employed stylist of our company.
Does Bohemian Locs damage your hair?
No, due to the fact that our method is tension free hair isn’t damaged. Hair can be damaged during improper take downs. Faux Loc Goddess recommends all clients return for a proper take down. This ensures no damage to natural hair.

What type of hair do you use?
We actually use a variety of hair. At the time of booking you will have 3 options.
Synthetic
Human/ synthetic blend
Human hair
What is the difference between Synthetic and human?
Both Synthetic and Human Bohemian Locs are extremely beautiful and textured. However, Human Locs are softer to touch, has a bit more distressed look and custom colors can be created.
Can I book Shoulder/bob length locs if my hair is long?
No, when booking your install please keep in mind that you must book a length that is at least 2 inches longer than your natural hair.
